Villa Soula

The 300 square meters villa, which features both traditional and modern aspects, consists of 3 floors: the basement, the ground and first floor.

It was recently renovated (May 2019) to suit all of your needs!

Exterior

The villa has a swimming pool, and along with the sunbeds and pool toys you can truly enjoy the Greek sun.

The garden is opposite to the pool and has a lovely lawn and flowers. In the garden, we recently installed a 5-people jacuzzi, suitable for use all year round and especially in the night, as the dim lights and the nice view make it a unique experience.

On the side of the house, we have a BBQ area, equipped with a BBQ, a wood-fired oven, a grill and a sink.

In front of the BBQ and under the shade of a big tree, there is a largewooden dining table with two large benches to enjoy your meals outside.

Interior

Ground floor:
On the ground floor, there is a big living room with 2 couches, suitable for a large group of people to relax in front of an LCD television. Netflix and cable tv are free.
In the living room area, there is also a desk and a double sofa bed.
Next to the living room is the dining room area, which overlooks the swimming pool. Here, we have a large marble dining table, and right next to it, a bathroom with a shower and also a small laundry room with a washing machine (detergents will be provided).
Finally, on this floor we have the kitchen: this is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a large selection of pots, cookware and tableware.

First floor:
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with an en-suite, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, with an unbelievably comfortable mattress. There are several wardrobes for your convenience, and2 balconies with a garden/see view. A small coffee table makes these balconies ideal for an afternoon coffee, enjoying the view.
The en-suite has a 2-person shower and towels/hair dryer.
The second bedroom has a big double bed and some wardrobes.
The third bedroom, ideal for children, has 2 single beds and some wardrobes.
Both rooms share a balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and the bathroom has a corner bathtub.

Semi-basement:
The semi-basement is fully independent from the main house and is built like a large studio, designed for relaxation and wellness.
Here, we have an 8-people sauna, a 2-people hammam inside the bathroom area, a treadmill, some light gym equipment and a ping pong table.
There is a kitchen with a hob and a fridge, and a spacious living room with two sofa beds.
There is also a corner bedroom area, with a double bed and a big wardrobe.

Anavyssos

The house is in a quiet and safe area, 2km away from the main village of Anavissos. It is 16km from Athens International Airport, 10km from the famous Poseidon temple in Sounio and 40km from Athens city centre.

Within a walking distance of 700m, there are two beautiful sandy beaches.

The area is ideal for walking or riding a bike and there is also a playing ground 100m away from the villa.

In Anavissos main village you can find lots of supermarkets, grocery shops, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, banks and other shops.
